3.1.2: Collaborations and RPs can expect to receive help when they are becoming inactive or falling behind.
3.1.3: Collaborations and RPs can expect that in no situation should the CPA put any efforts into ruining or tarnishing their shop’s reputation under any circumstances.
3.1.4: If and when they decide to leave they must not be ridiculed for leaving, but be removed and thanked for being a member.
3.1.4.1: They cannot, however, expect to receive support in the future whatsoever.
3.1.5: They can expect to receive regular bumps and support.
3.1.6: They can exercise their ability to take anybody to court within reasonable limits.
3.1.7: They can expect an adequate amount of say in what happens.
3.1.8: They can also expect an appropriate number of representatives
3.1.9: They can expect to be told when major law changes occur.
Section 4: Lawsuits
4.1.1: You can not try to influence a decision made by a judge unless you are the one that has been taken to court.
4.1.1.1: If you are caught trying to influence them (profile comments etc.) then you will be immediately banned to intricate 3-4 (depending on the severity)
4.1.1.1.1: Judges must immediately report any efforts to influence their decision that are not from people being charged
4.1.2: All decisions are final. They can be challenged after two weeks, but only if further evidence against is found.
4.1.2.1: Further evidence must be something that realistically has a chance of changing the decision
4.1.2.1.1: If judges are removed and/or added then all challenge waiting times are reset to 0
4.1.3: To make it easier during decisions new collaborations/RPs/bumpers joining will be told to wait
4.1.3.1: Any previous additions will be completely added beforehand

(Sorry about large quote!) I'll add the RolePlay as soon as I'm done this!
For the laws, much of the government is going to actually be S.P.A., the only C.P.A. sustained parts are for parts in which I believe S.P.A. would not be able to handle for the better seeing of the C.P.A. and its members. There will also be some slight changes to how the C.P.A. works, versus the S.P.A. For example, there would be no long list, but instead, a banner stating: “I'm a member of C.P.A., click me to learn more.” The current way in S.P.A. would not work, as I have divided up the posts. I'll think about the laws, and add any that will benefit the C.P.A. Thanks for your time!
