I use a Samsung Chromebook, I cannot download the Scratch Offline Editor. I think it would be helpful for other Chromebook users (including me). Please take this into consideration.

Chromebooks are likely not powerful enough to handle the offline Scratch editor, as they run on Chrome OS, which mainly supports web apps.

Chromebooks are powerful enough to run the offline editor. If Scratch made a web app, for the chrome store, I think it would run acceptably.

SAMSUNG Chromebook? I thought Chromebooks were made by Google

Chromebooks are distributed by other companies. Such as Samsung, Asus, Apple etc.
