These talk blocks use a text to speech voice to talk

Here's the block:
talk []

If you want to, change the voice

If you want to, change the voice
switch voice to [Paul v]

Also, set the speed (Indicated by amount of seconds taken to say it)
Set talk speed to ()

Finally, the volume
Set talk volume to ()
