Congratulations on your excellent score! You certainly know how to get a quality product for your customers. What I'd suggest is to give some feedback for each aspect individually on your review template. Maybe look at another review shop for inspiration. Also, you might want to spend some time figuring out how to eliminate the white borders in whatever art program you're using.
