Could you please clarify if there is a way to upload screenshots of my projects directly to show and tell post. At this moment, I do not see how I could upload the images from my computer to my profile in order to make the URL on show and tell.

You need to use an image host. But not all are able to be used. There is a white list for them. There is one called CubeUpload or something like that that is commonly used.
