It's not. The April Fools version says in the subtitle:

“The Scratch FAQ is a page on the Scratch Website that lists questions cats want people to know about Scratch. It is helpful for troubleshooting problems and learning propaganda. The FAQ can be accessed by clicking on the link on the footer of the Scratch Website and paying 3000 energy units to the Cult of Scratch.”

while the normal version says:

“The Scratch FAQ was a page on the Scratch Website that listed Frequently Asked Questions about Scratch. It was helpful for troubleshooting problems and learning about features that one was previously ignorant of. The FAQ could be accessed by clicking on the link on the footer of the Scratch Website.”

403 or 503? Because its normally 503. 403 means the server is fine but its still like “no”. (Source: 403 error
