Good job! You have great knowledge on I.T. I would like to point out however that the 64-bit system folder is SysWOW64 (but it still uses System32 most of the time). I think you misread number 5, I said Wii, not Wii U.

It's 32-bit. I've never seen a console that is 128-bit, even in the modern times. The “Emotion Engine” marketed as 128-bit but this is marketing terms for “four 32-bit calculations” at once.
