On Scratch, there are many tutorials on how to get a moving profile picture. Although, I suggest some websites like Photomosh.com or MakeAGif.com. Photomosh is better for files that are already moving, and then you just record them from the website with different effects. Though MakeAGif is more for one picture at a time.

If you are doing Photomosh, first, you can go to either to “Load File” or “Use WebCam” the files on your computer or device will show the files. Select them and then you can add the effects of your choosing. When you are done, click “MOSH”. Next, at the top, select “GIF”, that will record the movement of your icon/picture you have chosen, and then once you've done that, click “Save”. If this is not clear, please tell me

Now, if you are using MakeAGif, first click either “Pictures to GIF” (which you would upload multiple pictures and put them into one icon), or click “Video to GIF” (that will display a video, and then you can size it to your profile picture size.) Whichever you choose, (I normally choose the “Pictures to GIF”) click that button. Next, you will see something like a big screen that has a button at the bottom displaying “Upload Images”, (you can also find that button at the bottom left of your screen). Click that button, and it will show your files. Click the files that you want in your GIF, and then when your are done, press “Continue to Editing”. Once you have done that, the first box on your left will say “Resize Your Images”. Click that drop-down menu, and select “Custom Stretched”. What I would suggest to do it resize the image to “499 x 350” This will make sure that it will fit your profile space correctly. Then, if you would like to add a caption or a sticker, you can do that as your choosing. When you are done all of that, click “Continue to Publishing”. Finally, name your GIF and select a category (both required) and click “Create Your GIF”. This will take a little time, so you will need to be patient. Where the frame of your GIF is, at the bottom right there is a slider option that says “MP4 or GIF” select “GIF”. Also, at your bottom left of the frame, there is a row of buttons on the. Click the button that looks like a down arrow, and then a line below it. That will download your icon/GIF and then you can just set that like a normal profile picture! Yet again, please tell me if this is not clear.

Well, I honestly have mixed emotions about this. If you see advertising on someone else's project, and they specifically said NOT to advertise, then you can report it or tell them to stop. Same thing with a studio - even if it is not yours. Now, with your profile, in either your “About Me” or “What I'm Working On” you can post to advertise or not. Does this answer your question?

Advertising is kind of a mixed thing to do, in the sense that some people don't like it, and some are generally okay with it.
In general, people would probably not accept you as a good and nice scratcher, because you are using other people's projects as a way to make your projects popular!
My response is basically not to advertise. Hope this helps!

Drag the backdrop into the backpack from the backdrop list in the stage.

How long/What will it takes to become a Scratcher? I'm trying to become a Scratcher now because I had an old account and now that I'm moving to this new account and wanted to be Scratcher right now and not a New Scratcher, what will it take for you to become a Scratcher?

I tried… to take over it once before, but it resulted in the user suddenly checking this again and my 34-39 being added (with crerdits tho )
