Scratch Wiki Editors:
…
They have the 0 second rule.
They also have all the stuff relating to being Scratchers, except the 60 second rule.
Any sources say this is true?

This is incorrect. We definitely have the 60 second rule - I've been hit with it multiple times myself. I doubt the Scratch Forums can even distinguish between who is and isn't a Wiki editor.Yeah, Paddle2seeScratch Wiki Editors:

I suggest you should tell them not only about what you can do on the forums but on scratch as well. For example when you are a new scratcher you have to wait 120 seconds to post forums and 60 seconds for comments on the main areas of scratch (I hope you get what I mean) and if you are a normal scratcher it is 60 seconds on the forum and 0 seconds on normal areas of scratch.

other topics.Well, the topic owner on that topic isn't active anymore - and some of the information there is kind of outdated. We should probably use this thread instead. Please don't try to copy
EDIT: Paddle asked me to add this to the stickied “More Helpful Topics” (basically, this thread is now I-Topic'd). So do stick to using this thread from now on.
