I think your OP is a bit lacking. If you want people to join the team, you should try to make your OP as good looking as your studio and projects regarding the OS are. A link to the studio should be included as well. Also, bumping (posting once a day to get your topic back near the top of the list of topics) is very helpful and should definitely be done once a day. Not trying to be rude, just trying to help get you some admins/devs.

Why exactly was dragon master removed, what did he not want to work on.
and if the work he refused to work on is still not don, i can do the work.
