If the Scratch team removed a project, they do it with a reason. I don't think you should make a poll saying “Bring a project that got taken down back”, and if the Scratch Team listened to all of the polls that did stuff like this, Scratch would be 13+.
Also, it doesn't really seem like you're suggesting anything? If you want to learn how to make polls with cloud data, go to Help With Scripts.

Well, not yet! But if you don't want to see this message on Scratch, then you support Net Neutrality! Net neutrality ensures that we can view websites and videos without fees, throttling, and/or censorship. But the FCC is hoping to stop all that, and allowing ISPs like Verizon and Comcast do the above mentioned things! We could have to pay to see websites. Our ISPs could simply say “Nope!” if we try to access a website. You could see a message like the one above everywhere on Scratch–and on other websites like YouTube! Don't you want to be able to use the Internet freely, without paying extra money? Then go here to see what you can do to help. More information is over there!

(Bit of a graphic warning here.)

Five Night's At Freddy's is a game where children are led into a back room, get murdered, and then get stuffed into suits and start decomposing. The original trilogy ends when the antagonist gets stabbed with springlocks in a suit.

It is definitely 13+, and I doubt the jumpscares were the only reason. The Scratch Team has had to address this issue due to the overall canon story and content of FNAF projects that were recently appearing. If you want to start a poll on if your followers want it back, go ahead, but I urge you to take it up with the Scratch team with Contact Us and discuss the issue.

Which is why the Scratch Team removed it from the site.
If you remove the graphic, gory, scary stuff, then FNAF is okay.

Will all Five Nights at Freddy’s content be unshared?
Nope. We’ll only unshare projects that violate our Community Guidelines. For instance: An emulation of the game containing all of the elements described above are not okay. On the other hand, a Freddy Fazbear dress up game? That’s probably okay.
And going back to your suggestion, like I said, there's ways to make polls using Cloud Data.

You can make polls already, why are you asking for them to add it? and You're not allowed to publicly protest against ST's actions.

nvm ignore this sorry. I didn't notice that you resolved it.
