NOTE: All jobs are open to anyone, but all tasks will be given throughout development. We will use a “backpack” method, where everyone has one job or multiple, and we each create separate projects. We then compile them into one big project for that section, and keep it on one of the collaborator's accounts while unsharing (not deleting) all others. We then work on the next part of the game… Hopefully.

Thankyou for letting me know, however, I am just trying to make a small part of Pokemon Sun, maybe only 1 island (probably less), but I am curious to see how it will turn out. If it fails, it fails and we can make something new. I do thankyou for letting me know though, so I am aware of the challenge.

why not make it a topdown world game?

where you navigate the player to whatever destination you want from a topdown view of a slightly small square world, as you said its gonna be hard we'll make the world smaller amd have just enough stuff to do in it!

You do realize people have made fully 3D platformers with rotatable cameras? RPG Maker isn't even very advanced, anyway. Scratch can be both basic and advanced. Just look at users like Griffpatch.
