The list of suggestions is in the order they were suggested. We usually decide which one we're going to feature a few days before we actually feature it and pick from anything on the suggestions list and sometimes things that aren't on the suggestions list at all.

I believe this article should be featured because it contains information many Scratchers do not know that would be useful for them. It answers so many questions I have seen asked before. I like how detailed it is, because it is not just telling what a topic or post is but shows how to effectively use them.

As a side note: we probably aren't going to feature it this upcoming month so we can rotate topics and avoid focusing too much on one specific area, but it may well be featured sometime further in the future. We usually choose featured articles a few days before Wiki Wednesday and don't really have a queue for them, so I can't say if/when this will happen though.
