Well done! This looks like a very promising shop! Providing the code that can be copied and pasted to ones singature would be helpful. Any code inside the

takes won't get parsed, so it can be copied and pasted. Also it would be nice if you did some other custom font stuff.

Tips to improve
Just keep doing what you're doing! This shop certainly reviews stuff to very high standards, and your experience certainly pays off. What I'd consider doing is asking customers how harsh they would like their review. Overall, for the customer, I'd say that if you want a really good in-depth review, and don't mind it being quite harsh and picky (not meant badly), this might be the shop for you. It's also pretty much the only review shop that I've seen that has a template which works for non-game projects.

Congratulations on your excellent score! You certainly know how to get a quality product for your customers. What I'd suggest is to give some feedback for each aspect individually on your review template. Maybe look at another review shop for inspiration. Also, you might want to spend some time figuring out how to eliminate the white borders in whatever art program you're using.
