Trouble Sharing Projects to Scratch Website

My browser / operating system: Windows 7, Chrome 62.0.3202.94, Flash 27.0 (release 0)

I have recently downloaded the Scratch 2.0 offline editor, and started working on a new project. As a test, I tried sharing the project on the Scratch website, but I keep getting the message “Upload Failed Server error: No response”. In the small form I have to fill, I have given a title to the project, my Scratch username (which I verified), and my Scratch password. (which I also verified) Also, my Internet connection is pretty good.

Any ideas on why this might happen? I really hope this can be fixed, because otherwise most of the work on that project will go to waste…

Thank you for your time!

IMPORTANT!
Please read this, it will be helpful for both of us.
I haven't made a project with actual code for nearly a year, so I have completely forgotten almost everything about computers and programming, please help revive my once really massive knowledge on computing again by pointing out any errors I have made.
And also:
This is my signature, it automatically appears under everything I say. To make your new signature now, go here: https://scratch.mit.edu/discuss/settings/yourusernamehere
Type in your username in the ‘yourusernamehere’ section of the url.
To tell if something is a signature, you should see a small faint gray line that separates my signature and my actual post

Hi! I tried to access the link, but it redirects me to the Scratch home page. Could you please check to make sure that the link is correct?
