Custom Reporter Blocks

Custom Reporter Blocks:
Custom reporter blocks would have a return (like in javascript). This would make loop while, loop for etc. easier to use in games animations etc.

(colour is wrong)

define function(a),<b>,[c]
return () ::#5000B0

Tutorial:
We don't have it currently. Here's a work around:

define (y)
...::888888
set [x v] to (y)
