I agree with the rules. There will be no longer isOnline spamming/advertising. I hate when people advertise links to browser extensions which gets annoying.

But pointing out the existence of an extension is not at all the same as advertising it and saying “hey check out this awesome (name of extension) that does (stuff it does), download it now at (link)!”

Don't delete isOnline! I'd suggest that rather then delete it from the Chrome Web Store, instead just make it known that isOnline supports these changes and would like users to not advertise isOnline anymore. I want people to still be able to get the exstention, and it was very helpful to know when my friends were online or not because then I'd know when they were online and probably able to chat on Scratch, among other things I'd do with my Scratch friends when there online.
