How do you do banners on scratch

ok this is something that I need to know so please tell my how to do banners

when green flag clicked

say [how to do banners] for (∞) secs

You make a banner from a site, and then upload it to cubeupload. Then copy the link, make a post click the image icon and paste the address there. Anyway, this is in the wrong forum.

Not specifically CubeUpload. Any image hosting website will work

i use cube uplode to upload but to draw I use the internet for pics it I draw it on ms paint but of curse you can use what ever you like so stuff like gimp
