Thumbs up emoji for forums

I think it would be nice to add a thumbs up emoji on the forums
Example:say you were making a application for a shop

Someone wrote:
*the application forum*

Than the owner of the shop could say thumbs up(meaning they were accepted)

So I hope this makes sense, but wouldn't adding more emojis=more spam? Like we already see people spam the emojis that we have now but if we added a whole gallery of them people would just litter their posts with many different kinds of emojis.
