How is this a glitch?

I don't really see how this is a glitch - he's our mascot. If all those characters are there, Scratch has gotta be there, too.

This isn't a bug; Scratch Cat is a part of the picture being used there, and was put there intentionally. He's just another Scratch mascot, just like all the others.

I find this topic ridiculous because the Scratch Cat is one of the Scratch mascots. What's wrong with it?
