WHY I CAN'T CREATE PROJECTS

My browser / operating system: Windows NT 10.0, Opera 48.0.2685.39, Flash 25.0 (release 0)

my internet is 10000000000000x good and anything but the project won't create
help

since you are on windows, you have to press print screen (Prtscn) often found between the number pad and the actual letter keyboard, then you have to press the photo button on the post.
