Cthulhu Sim Project Ideas

So these are just ideas that I had for a game I was working on, you can find a VERY basic prototype here
https://scratch.mit.edu/projects/146361901/

But I never had the motivation to finish it; so instead of taking the project to my grave, here I am posting all the ideas here, free for the taking! So feel free to use any of these for whatever.

Plot
The game centers around my self-insert character (I was 12 when I started this project and later planned to remove myself and add an original character.)
and a baby Cthulhu (Look him up on Wikipedia)
What happened was I had gotten robbed and as revenge I said Cthulhu's real name to summon him, however he ended up being a small baby, If you look inside the project I made you can see that I had planned for him to evolve, but I only had two sprites made.
So then I evolve him. At first he can only shoot down enemies with small attacks, but as he evolves, you can conquer cities, than countries, then planets, and then the entire universe!

Gameplay
So being an early prototype, the game I posted doesn't reflect the ideas I had later, as the prototype presents an early NES Zelda style gamplay.
As time went on I decided it would be a sidesrolling platformer/Beat em up style game. You evolve Cthulhu by beating enemies. And at a later evolution you take control of Cthulhu with me riding on his back and would shoot down nearby enemies. I would at first carry a small laser, but then you could buy more weapons.

Extra Stuff
There was planned to be an arcade where you could play mini games in different genres to get extras.
There was a secret rainbow gun that sparkled.
There were costumes you could buy.

Why I Stopped Developing the Game Further
First and foremost…
I'm lazy…
however I also had other reasons. The game was a little ambitious, especially as a game made on Scratch, and I would've had to move it to a different game engine anyways, which would be difficult, as Scratch has a unique programming language; now I could move it to Stencyl, which is very similar, but It would still be a difficult move.
Thirdly: I have previous history on Scratch, most of it was planning something, trying to assemble a team, and never making it; and I wanted to wait until I knew I could dedicate my time to a big project like this, so as to not repeat past mistakes. And as I didn't do that, I never wanted to assemble a team of people to work on my project.
So it never got finished.

I may eventually finish it, but at the same time, I wanna leave my ideas out in the open, and hope that people go out and do something with it. If someone makes this a game before I can, than thats fine. I have other ideas anyways.
Thanks if you read this far.
