Downward Movement

Hey everybody it's BADog Productions and I have a question. When I try to get my sprite to move it only moves downward. I've checked the programming and everything but it just doesn't seem to work.

Does anyone know what a signature is? I mean, I've already seen 6-7 people get confused.
