stop unfair banning
what did i tell you about ‘leaving my alone’ ? -_-my friend got banned for something she didn't do, then mya ccount got banned when I was (politely) asking the ST to unban her since it was unfair1. Then she would appeal and wait and everything would be okay, you are not supposed to involve in situations that are between ST and a certain person.
also the st refused to respond to my emails and i felt ignored.
the st needs to stop unfairly banning people
2. ST can't refuse to answer an e-mail that is a serious case, you need to wait more than 3 days since ST doesn't have a certain time limit for replying to e-mails, like I once got an alert and it took ST 2 weeks to reply, but then they told me everything that's wrong.
3. ST has no reason to ban people unfairly, the most cases are because people didn't read Terms of Use, and actually you should be thankful to ST that they don't automatically ban your account forever because you broke a rule, which you agreed not to. ST has right to delete an account that did not read Terms of Use.
also, its been over a month and they haven't replied to something that is VERY IMPORTANT

You can also sent another e-mail, because it may have been flooded by other e-mails. Try that.

Do you know how many “titles” they have to look through to find yours? They're not looking for yours in particular or anything. Why? Because they don't know you sent something.it should have been clear from the title…and how is the ST supposed to rule out what is and isn't important before actually looking at the email?what did i tell you about ‘leaving my alone’ ? -_-my friend got banned for something she didn't do, then mya ccount got banned when I was (politely) asking the ST to unban her since it was unfair1. Please remember that the Scratch Team does not ever block for “no reason”. Just because you can't see what they did does not mean it was unjustified. Account blocks are put in place to protect the community and make sure that the Community Guidelines are followed. We are happy to lift blocks when we feel we can trust the blocked person to follow the Community Guidelines, but in the case of temporary bans we usually ask that you simply wait it out. If you are not the blocked person - then please don't contact us unless you have new information that you feel we should know. There's often evidence that we're simply not going to share with third parties for the sake of privacy.
