Remove Imageshack and Photobucket[11 SUPPORTERS]

Imageshack makes you pay after 30 days.
Photobucket is “that site no one uses”, mostly because you pay for “third-party hosting”. Here's an example of what every Photobucket image is:

HOWEVER:
Cubeupload and Tinypic is what everyone uses.
I prefer cubeupload, and it's the most used one, but tinypic can stay.
So please remove Imageshack and Photobucket.

Support. You can't see Imageshack photos anyway, so removing it would not change anything.

There's just no reason though! Why would the Scratch Team just go around removing helpful features, like… I don't know, the Discuss Button, or certain image hosting services.

It's a waste of the ST's time

Imageshack makes you pay.
Photobucket is impractical.

But you can still just use them. I mean, sure you can ask the ST to remove them, but it's a waste of their time, really. I mean, maybe remove Imageshack because you have to pay, but the ST decided to add these and that was their choice

support for removing bad image hosts.

i wonder if google cache images from before an image link was broken could be used to replace the broken image links? then the images from bad hosts could be healed.

They shouldn't be used, though, if the images can expire (or turn into ads).

In addition, Photobucket requires you to pay for “third-party hosting”.

Support. CubeUpload is way better and I don't think paying for image hosting should be somewhere for kids.

Support. I'm deciding to quick Imageshack because when I realized you have to pay in order to upload more, I realized it was too much for me and that making new accounts to reset the length would be a waste of time.

From what I can tell from your post, Cubeupload and Tinypic are already added to Scratch. If so, there's no reason to remove the other two. Doing so could just cause unnecessary work for the ST and confusion for Scratchers.

I can't be bothered to edit my posts, so I'm changing to a semi support, since people might think they have to pay to upload images on the Scratch Forums

Support. You shouldn't have to pay to upload images and Cubeupload is just as good as any of the others.
