Lessons
Lesson One: Backgrounds
For this lesson, you must make a banner which has a background. It must have text and objects over the background, and the background must be patterned (look at this and this for certain backgrounds, and this and this search for ideas)
Written by germanengland3
Lesson Two: Time Limit
For this lesson, you must make a banner within 48 hours of you seeing this. You will have to comment when you see this so I know when to time you from. Please, no cheating about the time!
Written by germanengland3
Lesson 3: Scratch Banners
Create a new project and select the ‘draw a new sprite’ button!
Next, use vector to create your banner.
Then you need to go to the side bar where the costumes would go and hold the cursor and the ‘ctrl’ key on the first one, and select ‘save to file’.
After that, just upload it to cubeupload and send it in here. If there are any questions, just ask!!!!!!!!!

Lesson 4 - Colouring
For Canva
1. Select your item
2. Look at the top left of the editor, outside of the layout box for the current colors
3. Select a color to change it. The image should change color right after you select the color
4. You can change as many color's as you want per image, but at least 4 images must be colored
5. Finish your banner and download/upload it
For Scratch Costume Editor
1. Select the color in tool, it looks like a paint bucket
2. Select the desired color in the color pallet
3. Hover your mouse over the color too change
4. In vector, it should “show a preview,” in bitmap nothing should change
5. Click
NOTE: Not every color can be changed in Vector, only each shape's background. In bitmap, every color can be changed.

Lesson 5: Pixel Art Banners using Scratch Bitmap Editor
1. Make a new project (Or use an old one)
2. Make a new sprite
3. Go to Bitmap
4. press the maximize button (Bottom right) until it's 1600%
5. Make pen tool's size to the lowest it can get (Do this with eraser, too)
6. Draw!

Lesson 6
Photo Collages
For Canva
Create a Photo Collage. Choose a design from ‘layouts’. Find some pictures (advised to do a theme) and insert them into the photo frames.
Scratch Vector Editor
Save some pictures (advised to do a theme) to your computer. Using a black thick(ish) line, press shift and cut it up into however many pieces you want. Add your pictures.

Accepted! I would start with Canva, it's an amazing banner making website. You will need an account, but it's free and easy to use! If you're not allowed on there, you could use Paint if you have a Windows Computer or even Scratch Vector (or Bitmap) Editor. Look at the front page for the first lesson. Username: @_-galaxy-_
