Just wondering, if a Scratcher has been blocked and we can still see the users projects, will the blocked user's project be able to be seen on the Front Page?

I don't think there is a case where you are blocked but people can still see your projects.

That depends. If the blocked scratcher's project was already on the front page it will probably stay cause ST doesn't take down front page projects often. Although the user is blocked there's no reason to take the project off the front page.

Maybe, unless the project was the reason the user got banned.

I probably might not think so if the user is blocked, because if the user is blocked from the site they probably won't get front paged.
