I have always wondered how people got moving project covers. I'm thinking it's a hack? Thanks, and stay cool guys.

You can use this tutorial by World_Languages. Note that it will make your project NFE (Meaning it won't show up in search results.)

It's a hack.
Doing it might cause lag, however, and will most likely result in your project being NFE'd.

Yes. This means that it will not show up in search results, and it cannot be front paged. NFE stands for Not For Everyone.

I know. This is an old post but when I tried it it Some weird thing.

When I click the tutorial it say scratch is scratching its head

That probably means that project isn't shared anymore. Also please don't post on old topics.
