It takes at least two weeks, though those aren't the only requirements; you also have to have shared at least two projects and you should be active on the site by participating in the community as much as possible.

Two weeks and you have to be active in the community by loving, following, commenting etc.

Two weeks at minimum, you have to be active in the community and share a few projects.
