Maybe you could make a futuristic, story based game.

I'm a major fan of Pokemon, Undertale and the Pija and Toast series.
I am doing a shiny scramble of pokemon Pearl. I'm 7 chapters in and on my way to the 2nd gym.

I think that you should make up the plot by yourself. That way the ending and any twists won't be spoiled if the person saw what you based the story off of first. Was that what you were asking when you asked what you should base it off of?

now (about 10 minutes after that whats up) i have an idea i can mix space platformer with your idea
