You can either bump if it's off the first page OR wait 24 hours before bumping again.

What's the use? You won't be able to receive any more notifications anyway.

What's the use? You won't be able to receive any more notifications anyway.There's two things. One is that if you want to use your list of subscribed topics then closed topics can still clutter it up, and you can also still get messages from a topic if it's reopened.

I'd like to point out that if a topic is closed, you wouldn't get messages from it anyway. This really wouldn't serve a purpose.
