Sadly, it won't come out until sometime next year. There currently isn't any set release date.

I don't know. According to the Scratch Wiki, possibly around late 2017 to sometime in 2018. There's no set release date.

The alpha version, which is a very basic preview of the official release, is expected to come out by the end of the year. I predict around October 2017 (but it's unofficial.)

There may be a beta version following the alpha, which I predict to come out around January 2018, and the official release coming as late as March 2018.
