Downloadable editor?

Will the editor ever be downloadable? I like it better that way

Also, will the editor always be all white? I can't see where drawing thing and the playing screen stops and starts ;( At least have grey boarders around the edge.. (Like on Scratch 1.4) or pop out for drawing

Downloadable editor?

There will be a downloadable version after the full release.

I'm pretty sure the editor is already downloadable, even the newest version is.
Maybe you're talking about a different editor or something since it seems a couple people have asked about this but there is a scratch offline editor…

I'm pizzafox20109. I like to make and play games on scratch, I mainly like making AIs and engines for people to use in their projects.
I'm semi active on the forums, as you may be able to tell

This question is 9 years old. At the time, Scratch 2.0 was in beta and did not have an offline editor yet.
