Norman Osborn discovers Peter is Spider-Man, and attacks Parker to find how his powers work, knowing this knowledge would give him amazing power, he tricks Dr Curt Connors into turning into the Lizard, after this fails he continues to try to capture Spider-Man. This fails until the Green Goblin comea into play. Spider-Man is captured and Norman creates Venom. So, yeah, I hope you like it!!

Note: Norman would attack Peter with normal people before knowing all Peter's powers can do.

I dont mean He changes Peters powers but he grabs a sample of his dna like hair or blood and replace the spider dna with lizard dna

Oh, LOL. Here's an idea for a season 2 villain: Dr Octopus, he worked for Norman Osborn and when Osborn was defeated the Dr was bonded the the new arms. In revenge for how he was treated he attaked the Osborn family and Spider-Man must save the Osborns, and his best friend.
