Scratch 101 is part of the Scratch Design Studio. It has lots of projects that teach you how to do certain stuff. If you try to add a project that does not teach you anything, you will not be able to put it in Scratch 101. However, if it does teach you anything, you will be able to add it to Scratch 101.
