Broadcast block + Stop block

I am making a game where you can start over when you die. I made it using sender/receiver blocks, but whenever the game resets it makes more clones than it should.

Sharing the project prevents people having to guess but sounds like you're creating clones in a when I receive script and forgetting that clones receive the message as well.
