Restoring a deleted Scratch account

So i wonder if anyone could restore their deleted scratch account.
Because i have an alt account which it was deleted for a long time and i want it to restore it.
Is there any way to do this?

Sorry, you cannot get the deleted account back. If you delete it, it's gone forever. If you accidentally delete it, use Contact Us. I hope this helps!

i have contacted the scratch team last year and one of the team said that once a user has deleted their account it cannot be restored.
