So I'm making an FPC app, and I want to make a cloud list with all the usernames of people who have voted, so they can't vote twice. But, for some reason, when I make a new list, the option to make it a cloud one doesn't appear! Help!

There's no such thing as real “cloud lists”; instead, you need a cloud variable (or more) and some encoder/decoder systems. I'm sure there's a few tutorials on the wiki about cloud lists.
