how do you follow people on scratch??

Go onto their profile (you can either search up their username or use the link "https://scratch.mit.edu/users/USERNAME/" while replacing the username with their username), and click the blue follow button at the top-right corner. If you can't find it, you may have an adblocker installed on your computer, and you'd need to disable it for a bit.
