Scratch can be a wonderful place, however I believe that we should be pressing down on these projects that are using no coding at all, speed draws are all right but there are some projects which are one backdrop with nothing, no animation nothing. These include Warrior Cat fan arts but also a lot of other stuff. I think we should be getting rid of these silly projects as they belong on art blogs and art sharing websites, not a beginner programming website.

Definitely no support. If this is what this suggestion means, you're basically saying that the Scratch Team should take down all art projects and animations. Most of my projects are art. And what if someone does not have access to an art website like DA?

It is. Scratch is a site that encourages creativity in many forms. We'd love it if everyone used the programming aspect, but we're not going to require it.
