Okay. Also note that the USS has an old order completion program, in which if it isn't taken for nearly a month (28 days), it can be taken by anyone within the USS system.

Anyways, we have one pending art order which I can't complete, but I plan on renaming ourselves to something more general, as we have more services than art, as someone pointed out previously.

I'm glad to accept your partnership, but it may be a bit odd as we both start up.

There is no current template for shop reviews, but here goes mine:

Activity: 10/10 (Activity seems to be within a week or a few days, great for a shop.)
Organization: 10/10 (No real flaw in organization.)
Simplicity: 10/10 (Shop applications and stuff aren't complicated.)
Appeal: 9.5/10 (Perhaps a standard banner size would look a bit better? It's honestly my opinion that slightly differently sized banners look a bit off.)
Customer Service: 10/10 (Treat orders fine and complete them with good quality.)

Multiply all rankings to get 99.5.

Your shop is great at appeal, customer service, and overall feel. Only a small thing I recommend is a banner resize and it's perfect!
