Profile GIFs?

Hi Everyone,

I know you can upload GIFs as your Profile Photo, but whenever I try it, it says the file is too big. Also, what is the best website to get Profile Photo GIFs?

Or Giphy but some say it's NSFS even though I haven't seen that much bad stuff on there
