When I try to upload some Background music, (on a new project.) some songs whon't show up. Why Is that? Oh, & I get some songs from http://www.listentoyoutube.com/. The music is found here: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=U5mwFHgIRtg&index=16&list=PL6akIKaXBeU2dLF3PI54LxrnmCECEYssz

There is no way you can upload a 30 minute song to Scratch.

You need to break it up into mp3 files, none of which are bigger than 5mb.

It's not. it's on youtube.

If you have a sound file that is too big, you can edit it and save to a compressed format using audacity…It is a free sound editing program that works well for modifying your music files for scratch…export as MP3 if it is too big, otherwise you can just save as a WAV file…Scratch works with both kinds of files.

It's not. it's on youtube.

Again, YouTube movies are not sound files and sites that claim to convert them are not reliable.

You probably already have some mp3 files on your computer. Do you know how to use the Windows Search Box down in the lower left of your screen? Just put mp3 in there and it will tell you every mp3 file you have on your computer. Pick a small one and first play it in Windows Media Player to be sure it works and then upload it to Scratch.
