Comment projects would help people make suggestions on projects. When editing someone else's project there would be a “Comment Project” button next to the “Remix” button and clicking it would save it in your My Stuff in the “Unshared Comment Projects” section (NOT under all projects!!!). Instead of having a “Share” button it would have a “Post” button and instead of saying “This project is not shared – so only you can see it. Click share to let everyone see it!” it would say “This comment project is not posted – so only you can see it. Click post to post it - but then you will be unable to edit it.” Comment projects would be unable to be edited when posted (like normal comments). Once posted, comment projects would not be shown in your My Stuff. On the original project they would be shown as comments that have a thumbnail of the comment project in them saying “Comment Project” below them. Replies to this comment would be comments on the comment project and vice versa, they'd sync. The comment project would have no favorites, loves, etc., the only things in that bar would be the report button and the reply tree (like remix tree). Reply Projects could be made by seeing inside the comment project. Instead of saying “Remix” and “Comment Project” it would say “Reply Project” and you could make reply projects similarly to making comment projects.

Why? When they tried it on youtube, almost no one did that.

Scratch is different. It could be a good way to suggest things or show people things.
