Also, your short and full lists don't match up. Adding ranks above Scratcher is not rejected, so it can be removed from here.

The old one isn't being updated as frequently, and it doesn't elaborate on many of the points. This one is just in case you want to learn more about each suggestion, and one to link people too just in case. However, I think this one should replace the current sticky, but instead it's an ITopic.

“Adding Ranks above Scratcher” and “Banning Voice Acting” are listed under the explanations, but not under the actual list of rejected suggestions. This causes the numbers to be a little bit off near the end. Maybe you could just remove the “Adding Ranks above Scratcher” part for both (as it's not known whether rejected or not), and add the “Banning Voice Acting” onto the actual list of rejected suggestions?
Maybe, for the “Adding Ranks above Scratcher”, since it's rejected-ness is in question, you could make a new post that lists suggestions that MAY be rejected?

Also, younger users could just use the 13+ version despite the intended age restrictions, which is still exposing them to inappropriate content (possibly some other stuff here, but still keep it simple)

I have a comment from Paddle2See saying it's not rejected, but it will be hard to find now since he has so many posts on his profile. Basically it said it has never been rejected although he hasn't seen a convincing argument to add it yet.
