My Pixel Art Projects: RPG Base and Starship Escape

Hey everyone, recently I returned to Scratch after a long period of inactivity (during which 2.0 came around). My main reason for coming back was to release Draw, but after I did that, I started playing around with an old project that eventually became so messed up through experimentation (these were the 1.4 days, so it was all offline) that I gave it up. However, I was able to successfully tweak it and make it usable, and the finished product was this RPG/platformer base.

Before I left, I was playing with the idea of pixel art projects, since they looked very cool and realistic compared to rectangles. The second project mentioned above was my first attempt. When I came back and made a usable base, I worked more on better art, creating a base character type and a few objects. This has turned into the detailed pixel art of my best work yet…

STARSHIP ESCAPE!

It has a long way to go before it's finished, but the bulk of the work that needs to be done is just the background art, since I used the base mentioned above. So far, the game has the captain's office, the conference room, and the bridge, which all look amazing. I'll be making some more rooms soon (the teleporter on the bridge will teleport you to them). After it's all done, I'm going to add a time limit for getting off the ship (since escaping is the whole point of the game).

If you could take a few minutes to view and show some support (and remix in the base's case) for these projects, I would really appreciate it!
