Can you upload a Scratch Game to Google Play?
I would assume not, because Scratch is Flash-based and Android devices can't run flash, so just running it in the browser doesn't work, so it probably wouldn't work in an app. There might be slightly more chance of this in Scratch 3 as, from what I've read, mobile compatibility is going to be integrated.

Can you upload a Scratch Game to Google Play?
It's possible if you:
1: Code it in the Bingo 2.0 release (adds file system mechanics, might not work on Android)
2: Export it using the built-in compiler
3: Find some .exe to .apk converter
4: Upload to Google Play
Multiplayer is possible using Mesh which can be very finicky at times (basically cloud variables that requires a host server instead of being the Scratch server handling it all).
You'll need to also make a custom keypad and somehow get Bingo 2.0 to change the default resolution.

well you can hook up a BlueTooth keyboard and it will ask what control scheme you are using, touch or keys.

Sure! Convert the project to apk (on android, else ipa on iOS, but this need jailbreak if not on a official store) get a developer account (you need to pay 25$ on Google Play) an post your file on Google Play (or App Store)
