My browser / operating system: Windows NT 10.0, Microsoft Internet Explorer 11.0, Flash 24.0 (release 0)

My Thumbnail isn't changing for most of the time. If I put it as my featuring project, It is updated, but if I have somewhere else e.g. a studio it changes to black. I saw this happen to many people so please make it stop. Thank you.
