What he means, is that he remixes projects and makes it either impossible to beat, or really easy, or breaks them. He doesn't actually “hack” anything. (Under the context that I think you are referring to)

And please try to find the apropiate forum for your topics, the current fits better in Questions about Scratch.

Be “hacking” he/she means remixing projects and making them really easy or breaking them.
