My computer freezes and won't load when ever I try to create a new project, remix a project or just simply view a project

GLITCH: computer freezes up when tries to view any project, create a new project, or remix an old project
here might be the reasons:
do you have flash installed?
is your internet working at the moment?
was the project deleted?
If none of these were true, a screenshot would be very helpful.
